Terms of Use
Effective Date: April 13, 2026 · Last Updated: April 13, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Analyze AI platform, website at tryanalyze.ai, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Analyze AI (“Analyze AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. The Service
Analyze AI is a B2B SaaS platform that enables marketing teams to track brand visibility, monitor AI-referral traffic attribution, conduct competitive intelligence, and measure performance across AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, and others.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of material changes that affect your use.
2.1 Beta Features
We may offer features labeled as “Beta,” “Preview,” or “Experimental.” These are provided as-is, may change without notice, and may not be covered by our standard SLA or support commitments.
3. Accounts & Access
3.1 Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Team Accounts
If you create a team or organization account, the account owner (typically the person who created the account or the designated billing administrator) controls access permissions and is responsible for all team members' compliance with these Terms.
3.3 Authentication
You may sign in using email/password or through supported third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google OAuth, Microsoft OAuth, SAML/SSO). When using third-party sign-in, you also agree to that provider's terms and conditions.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
4.1 Plans & Pricing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing and plan details are available at tryanalyze.ai/pricing. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
4.2 Free Trials
We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of a trial, your subscription will begin unless you cancel before the trial period ends. We will remind you before conversion.
4.3 Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
4.4 Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel within 14 days of your initial paid subscription and have not substantially used the Service, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected].
4.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then. We do not prorate partial months.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms and services (“Integrations”) to enhance functionality. When you enable an Integration:
- You authorize Analyze AI to access and retrieve data from the connected service as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share data from the third-party service with Analyze AI.
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Analyze AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
- You may disconnect any Integration at any time from Settings → Integrations.
5.1 Google API Services
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy, Section 4 for full details on Google data handling.
5.2 Integration Availability
We continuously add and improve Integrations. The availability of specific Integrations may change without notice. We make no guarantees that any particular third-party integration will remain available.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Access, scrape, or collect data in violation of the terms of any third-party platform.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or connected third-party services.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its output without our written consent.
- Use the Service for competitive benchmarking or to build a competing product without our prior written permission.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond what our API and integrations expressly allow.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions, with or without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our IP
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and methodologies, is owned by Analyze AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service — only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your active subscription.
7.2 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without obligation to you.
8. Your Data & Content
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service (“Your Data”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
8.1 Data Portability
You may export Your Data at any time using the export tools available in your dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
8.2 Data Handling
Our collection, use, and protection of Your Data is governed by our Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data handling, the Privacy Policy prevails.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the Service (“Confidential Information”). Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without restriction.
We will not disclose your Confidential Information except to our employees and service providers who need it to operate the Service, and who are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
Specifically, we do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- AI visibility data, traffic attribution, or competitive intelligence will be 100% accurate or complete — AI search engines control their own algorithms and output.
- Any specific business result will be achieved through use of the Service.
- Third-party Integrations will remain available, compatible, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Analyze AI's total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- In no event shall Analyze AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Analyze AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) Your Data.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You can close your account from Settings → Account or by emailing [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if we are required to do so by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless prohibited by law or if termination is due to an urgent security concern.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain Your Data for 90 days post-termination to allow for recovery, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may submit it to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place remotely (via video conference) unless both parties agree to an in-person hearing.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
