Terms of Use

Effective Date: April 13, 2026 · Last Updated: April 13, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Analyze AI platform, website at tryanalyze.ai, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Analyze AI (“Analyze AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Plain-language summary: These Terms protect both you and us. They explain what you can expect from Analyze AI, what we expect from you, how billing works, and how disputes are handled. We've written them to be clear, not to hide anything in legalese.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. The Service

Analyze AI is a B2B SaaS platform that enables marketing teams to track brand visibility, monitor AI-referral traffic attribution, conduct competitive intelligence, and measure performance across AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, and others.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of material changes that affect your use.

2.1 Beta Features

We may offer features labeled as “Beta,” “Preview,” or “Experimental.” These are provided as-is, may change without notice, and may not be covered by our standard SLA or support commitments.

3. Accounts & Access

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Team Accounts

If you create a team or organization account, the account owner (typically the person who created the account or the designated billing administrator) controls access permissions and is responsible for all team members' compliance with these Terms.

3.3 Authentication

You may sign in using email/password or through supported third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google OAuth, Microsoft OAuth, SAML/SSO). When using third-party sign-in, you also agree to that provider's terms and conditions.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

4.1 Plans & Pricing

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel within 14 days of your initial paid subscription and have not substantially used the Service, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected].

7.2 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without obligation to you.

Our collection, use, and protection of Your Data is governed by our Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data handling, the Privacy Policy prevails.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the Service (“Confidential Information”). Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without restriction.

We will not disclose your Confidential Information except to our employees and service providers who need it to operate the Service, and who are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if we are required to do so by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless prohibited by law or if termination is due to an urgent security concern.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain Your Data for 90 days post-termination to allow for recovery, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may submit it to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place remotely (via video conference) unless both parties agree to an in-person hearing.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
