Team, workspaces & billing
How workspaces, roles, and plans fit together — who can do what, and where the limits live.
Workspaces
A workspace is one brand's world: its prompts, competitors, Brand Vault, content pipelines, and history. Everything in these docs happens inside a workspace, and data never crosses between them. Agencies and multi-brand teams run one workspace per brand and switch between them.
Roles
- Owner — full control, plus the actions with financial or security weight: billing and plan changes, and granting write access for the MCP server (tokens that can create prompts or trigger paid runs).
- Member — full day-to-day use: dashboards, prompts, content tools, read-scoped MCP connections of their own.
Role checks are enforced on every request, not at login — someone who leaves the team or changes role loses the matching access immediately, including on existing MCP connections.
Plans and where the limits live
Your plan sets the working limits you'll actually encounter:
| Limit | Where you see it |
|---|---|
| Tracked prompts | The Prompts page shows usage; creating or re-tracking past the limit prompts you to retire others first (prompt hygiene) |
| Ad-hoc searches per month | Counter on the ad-hoc search page |
| On-demand runs | Rate-limited to keep results honest (each run queries all engines live) |
| MCP server access | Included with the Growth plan (details) |
Current plans and pricing live on the pricing page. Billing is managed from your workspace settings: invoices, payment method, and plan changes take effect immediately, with quota changes applied on the spot.
