Getting started
Your Brand Vault
The Brand Vault is the structured brand knowledge Analyze AI builds from your website — twelve blocks that power prompt suggestions, perception strategy, and every word the content tools write.
What the Brand Vault is
When you set up your workspace, Analyze AI reads your website and builds a Brand Vault: a structured, editable profile of your company. There's no settings form to fill in. The first version is generated from what you've already published, and from then on it's yours to edit.
The Vault matters because it's what makes everything else yours. Prompt suggestions are grounded in it, perception strategy references it, and the Content Writer and Optimizer write in your voice with your proof — not generic AI copy.
The twelve blocks
| Group | Blocks |
|---|---|
| Identity & product | Company overview · Products & features |
| Market position | Differentiators · Competitor contrast · Buyer pain points |
| Proof | Proof points · Case studies |
| Voice & rules | Tone & style · Claims & messaging rules · Disallowed phrases · Required phrases · Preferred CTA patterns |
A few deserve special mention:
- Proof points and case studies are what keep generated content honest. The Content Writer treats them as the only claims it's allowed to make about you — no invented statistics, no imaginary customers.
- Disallowed and required phrases are enforcement, not suggestion: words your brand never uses (and the ones it always should) are applied every time content is generated, and the perception analysis can flag AI answers that contradict them.
- Differentiators and competitor contrast feed the competitive analyses — they're how the platform knows which narrative you're trying to own.
What the Vault powers
- Prompt suggestions — proposals reflect what you actually sell and who you sell it to.
- Perception strategy — recommendations reference the themes and differentiators you've defined.
- Content Writer & Optimizer — tone, claims, proof, phrasing rules, and CTAs all come from the Vault.
- Agents and the MCP server — brand context is available to automated workflows and to your AI assistant.
Keeping it sharp
Review it after onboarding
The automatic build is a strong draft, not gospel. Open Brand Vault in your dashboard and read every block once — ten minutes that improve everything downstream.
Fix the voice blocks first
Tone, disallowed phrases, required phrases: these have the highest leverage because they touch every generated word.
Add the proof only you know
Results from customer conversations, unpublished numbers you're willing to state, recent wins — the crawler can only know what your site says.
Revisit on brand changes
New positioning, a renamed product, a fresh case study — update the block and every tool downstream picks it up immediately.
If prompt suggestions or generated content feel off-target, the Vault is almost always why. Fix the source, not the output — editing one block beats re-editing every article.
